6. PAID TWICE MONTLY DD; CLIENT PAYS (IBO/ME), IBO PAYS YOU VIA DD
7. FEES WITHHELD: 5% TOTAL REVENUE BY ARISE; $50/INVOICE BY IBO
8. MUST LIVE IN TEXAS; NOT ALL STATES ARE SERVICED BY CLIENTS; ASK IBO/ME FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT STATES THAT ARE ELIGIBLE IF YOU ARE NOT IN TEXAS
9. HIPPA COMPLIANT SPACE
10. HEADSETS, NOISE CANCELLING
11. MUST TAKE HARVER ASSESSMENT AND PASS; YOU WILL BE PROVIDED A GUIDE FOR THAT ASSESSMENT
12. ONCE YOU ARE ENROLLED AND CERTIFICATION HAS STARTED, IF YOU DECIDE TO DROP THAT CLIENT, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO RE-ENROLL WITH ANOTHER CLIENT FOR 90 DAYS - ARISE REQUIREMENT
